Fort Bend County Libraries’ Cinco Ranch Branch Library presents a variety of free children’s programs — Mother Goose Time, Toddler Time, Story Time, Pajama Night Story Time, and School-Aged Programs — every month.
All of the programs are free and open to the public.
Mother Goose Time, which takes place on Tuesdays at 10:30 am, provides caregiver/infant activities and songs especially designed for the youngest book-lovers, from age 1 month to 12 months. July program dates are: July 3, 10, 17, and 24.
Toddler Time — Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am — offers caregiver/child activities, stories and songs for older babies, from 12 to 36 months of age. Program dates are: July 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, and 26.
Story Time — Pre-school children, 3 to 6 years of age, will enjoy Story Time, where they hear stories, watch movies, and participate in age-appropriate craft activities, beginning at 2:00 pm each Tuesday. Program dates are: July 3, 10, 17, and 24.
Pajama Night Story Time — Thursdays at 7:00 pm — gives families an evening option for the activities presented during the daytime. Program dates are: July 5, 12, 19, and 26.
The School-Age Programs — crafts, movies, stories, and more for school-aged children entering first through fifth grades — begin at 2:00 and 3:00 pm every Wednesday during the summer. A free hand-stamp, which is required for admission, will be available one hour before the program.

The Teen Café, which begins at 3:00 pm every Monday in the summer, is designed for youth in grades 6 and above. The July schedule is as follows:
- July 2 – Ductigami
- July 9 – 60-Second Duel
- July 16 – Book Art
- July 23 – Mystery at the Library
