Obra “O.D.” Tompkins Jr. demonstrated dedication and touched the lives of many people during his lengthy tenure as a teacher, coach and principal in the Katy Independent School District, according to friends and colleagues.
After more than 35 years of teaching, Tompkins will retire leaving a legacy as a mentor and trailblazer.
