June is “National Adopt A Shelter Cat Month’ and Special Pals is offering a special for prospective pet owners all month long.
All of the shelter’s adult cats are “2-fur-1″ for the entire month of June.
For just $60, cat lovers can add a pair of felines to their family.
Shelter operators stressed that now is the perfect time to adopt a cat. June is the height of “kitten season,” and the more cats that can be placed in homes, the more new lives they can help save.
In addition to the adoption special, neuter surgery for a male cat is being offered for $40.
Special Pals’ adoptable cats can be viewed online or at the shelter.
