On Jan. 17, Sandy and a friend went to Baker Street Pub and Grill in Katy, Texas. Sandy said her friend fell in the bar and the manager asked them to leave.After police pulled over a cab they were in, the women were arrested for public intoxication and taken to the Fort Bend County Jail.
That’s where Sandy said she was stripped, searched, and left naked in a cell for eight hours.
