A Fort Bend County man is facing a pair of felony indecency charges after allegedly exposing himself to a group of young girls and later coming to the bed of one of the girls and touching her in a sexual manner.
Fort Bend County sheriff’s deputies arrested Zenon Pico, 58, June 9 after the 11-year-old girl he touched reported the incident to her stepmother.
The stepmother then called deputies.
According to investigators, the victim was attending a party at a home in the West Oaks Village subdivision on May 20. The girl told detectives Pico exposed himself to her and other girls at the party.
She also told detectives that while she was going to sleep at the residence later that night, Pico came to her bed and inappropriately touched her.
Pico is not related to the victim.
Following an investigation, Pico was arrested on June 5 on one count of Indecency by Contact, a second degree felony, and one count of Indecency by Exposure, a third degree felony.
He is currently out on bail of $35,000 for the Indecency by Contact charge and $20,000 for the Indecency by Exposure charge.
Investigators said Pico may face additional charges.
This guy needs our help. I have been given to understand there is a “help” center for men with this disorder in Shiner, TX. Seems they have had good results of late. From a taxpayer standpoint, I also understand “treatment” there does not cost very much.
What this guy needs is a bullet between his eyes. The hell with wasting taxpayer dollars on an individual of his age. Wonder how many times this has happened in the past. I say let the SOB rot in hell!!!!
I guess you have not been following the news from Shiner. Seems a daddy walked in on a guy who was molesting his daughter and he beat him to death. Saved the taxpayers a ton of money and we did not even need to buy a bullet.
That’s the kind of help this idiot SOB needs from Shiner, Tx. Maybe we need to inform that same dad that another child molester may be on his way to Shiner.
It’s amazing you guys will comment on someone in the community that does this, but do nothing to protect the children in your KISD!
