CHEYENNE
This week, Citizens for Animal Protection is looking for a home for Cheyenne, a three-month-old female Basenji.
Cheyenne ended up without a home because she was “an unwanted birthday gift,” according to CAP’s Rita Benton.
“Typical of any Basenji, Cheyenne rarely barks, but howls occasionally in a curious voice not unlike an Alpine yodeler,” Benton said. “And although she is extremely docile, there’s nothing shy about Cheyenne. She loves everybody.”
