Area book lovers are being invited to take part in one of the two book clubs that meet monthly at Fort Bend County Libraries’ Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Library in Fulshear.
New members are always welcome.
The next meeting of the Fulshear Book Club will take place next Monday, Aug. 16, beginning at noon in the meeting room of the library. Bring a sack lunch and enjoy a literary discussion of Jamie Ford’s debut novel, “Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet.”
The Fulshear Night Readers Guild will meet on Monday, Aug. 23, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room. The book to be discussed is “Elvis Takes a Back Seat,” written by Leanna Ellis.
Anyone interested in joining the literary review clubs is invited to attend.
