ART ON THE PLAZA – ART on the Plaza, sponsored by ARTreach, will debut at the Villagio in Cinco Ranch the first Sunday in March and continue through May. The program is an interactive event in conjunction with the Children’s Museum of Houston and supporting the Texas PTA.
