FESTIVETREES WINNER – The Preferred Alliance Group insurance agency took first place honors in Keep Katy Beautiful’s first-ever “FestiveTrees” recycled Christmas tree contest. There were 20 participants in the competition, and more than 70 ballots were cast in picking the winners.
