Pet care and safety will be the focus of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce’s July luncheon at the Weston Lakes Country Club on Wednesday, July 8.
Dr. Patrick Choyce, DVM, will be the featured speaker, talking about the “dog days” of summer and special precautions that need to be taken to protect pets from summer heat.
The luncheon will also feature a mini-expo of 12 booths with information on pet care and safety.
Networking begins at 11 a.m., with the meal at 11:30 a.m.
The cost for the luncheon is $30 for members, $40 for non-members. Corporate tables for 10 are $350; tables for 8 are $275.
Registrations are due by July 2.
