EXCHANGE CLUB INSTALLS OFFICERS – The Greater Katy Exchange Club installed its 2009-‘10 officers and directors at last week’s meeting. The new officers are Kyle Simmons, president; Shivani Shah-Palaniappan, president-elect; Rachel Dunham, past-president/treasurer; Newell Cheatheam, secretary and Carl Cummins and Deysi Crespo, directors.
