Citizens Against High Tax Appraisals will hold another grassroots workshop on how to protest property taxes next Tuesday, June 9, at the Irene Stern Community Center in Fulshear.
The workshop will be the second hosted by the tax protest group.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
The program will include a Power Point presentation on how to protest property tax appraisals, information on obtaining an agricultural exemption, the difference between land value and home/structure value, the arbitration process and the different ways appraisal districts appraise property.
The community center is located at 6920 Fulshear-Katy Road.
