The Houston Community College Spring Branch Campus will host its Spring 2009 Job Fair on Wednesday, April 22.
Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet with recruiters and learn about employment opportunities in the Houston area.
The fair will be located inside the HCC Spring Branch Campus in the South Hallway between the hours of 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Organizations scheduled to take part include the City of Houston, Comcast, Harris County Human Resources, Houston Police Department, Jobing.com, Art Institute, Buckle, Home Depot, United Recovery Systems, Workforce Solutions and others. The HCC offices of continuing education and financial aid will also be present to answer questions.
Companies are looking for qualified candidates in the areas of customer service, technology, criminal justice, accounting, business, internships, and other in-demand areas. Recommended dress includes business to business casual. Participants are encouraged to bring several résumés.
This event is free and open to the public.
