Crime Stoppers Offers $5,000 Reward In Simonton Church Burglary

The Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers organization said Monday it is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of whoever burglarized a Simonton church.

The Simonton Community Church, at 9703 FM 1489, was burglarized on Dec. 5.

 

According to Fort Bend County Sheriff’s detectives, the suspect or suspects entered the church after breaking out a plate glass window.

 

They also forced their way into several locked offices, ransacked a number of rooms in the church and stole an undisclosed amount of cash, the sheriff’s office said in a statement.
